@Woodlandbuckle The problem with Super Goku is... Bad joke, bad humor and constant repetition it Stretch it out, Goku in Super is designed kid-friendly. most DBZ fans are familiar with a continuously serious situation, They were annoyed that Goku wasn't cool anymore which happened to Buu saga.

I think the main issue is that DBS Goku is being put into situations that Z Goku hasn’t been.
A lot of those times he’s acting dumb because the situation isn’t 100% serious, unlike Z where it was serious fairly often
