That’s really interesting. Did you feel that you couldn’t translate traditional MOBA elements, that you’ve mastered as a high level player, over to Deadlock? I feel like this is a good player POV difference that does help generate conversation around it not fitting MOBA rules. Why do you think it felt that way? Was it too aim focused in the laning phase? During team fights? I would say that the way you win is entirely based on fulfilling MOBA gameset rules (laning, build countering/better economy) which can’t be offset by better aim in any major way once the game gets rolling, just like someone hitting a perfect combo on a 5 level higher bruiser in SMITE wouldn’t really scratch them either.

Who can definitively tell me whether Deadlock is a hero shooter or a MOBA? You may only place it in one category. My answer doesn’t seem to agree with everyone…
