After getting hurt in the 4A Triple Jump, Riverside junior Speedy Munoz still ran in the 300M hurdles. Was running well, but unfortunately fell on the second to last hurdle.

11 El Paso-area athletes are going to state for track later this week. Tonight at 10 on KTSM, we tell the story of 2 of them: Americas' Jared Laverty and Pebble Hills' Omer Ibrahim, 2 800m stars who have finished 1-2 in every big meet and have become friends through competition.
