Kuya Kim let his daughter explore the world and find her own freedom, but the world turned out to be so damn cruel that it destroyed such a beautiful soul. Really admire you Emman! Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala but hopefully you’ll find your peace and happiness this time.

I will miss randomly seeing Emman Atienza in my FYP. Call me corny but that girl can really make me laugh. Kuha niya humor ko. Man, this feels kinda heavy. Gone too soon. Rest in peace, Emman. 🕊️

this is so sad :( emman atienza would just randomly show up on my fyp on the most random moment and her contents would either make me laugh or knock me some senses. that post of hers 3 days ago was just the “happy part” of her life, but there will always be a counterpart. it’s just so sad to see that amidst her strong personality online and her ability to defend herself from people who make a living out of making someone’s life a fucking hell, she was also struggling to survive. she was a mental health advocate; she had a purpose, but she was also bullied to death. it’s all fun and games to some until someone fucking dies. fuck bullies. fuck bashers. fuck cancel culture.

A person can laugh with you, smile every day, and seem like they have everything together — yet inside, they might be fighting silent battles you can’t see. That’s why it’s so important to always be kind — not just when it’s easy, but especially when you don’t know what someone might be carrying. Before you say something hurtful or dismissive, think about how your words might affect someone’s mental state. Words can heal, but they can also harm — and sometimes, what seems small to you can echo loudly in someone else’s mind. Always take time to check in with your friends and loved ones. Don’t just ask, “How are you?” — ask, “How are you really?” Let them know you care and that they’re not alone. Sometimes all a person needs is to feel seen, heard, and understood. Your compassion could be the lifeline someone needs to find the strength to keep going. Be gentle with the people around you, because we are all fighting a battle the world knows nothing about.

cancel culture and hate gets to a point. emman has been nothing but a voice for the youth, a force of nature, and an advocate for mental health awareness. let this be an eye-opener and a reminder to always be KIND. rest in peace, emman atienza
