@Anushqq Hence, has been fighting case in the court. Earlier, I even visited the police station and they said nothing can be done from the husband's end. I already filed divorce in the court on behalf of the husband... So, Indian law is so f up that a wife doesn't need proofs either.

A very humble request to all the men out there, if you ever catch your wife having an affair or something like that stay calm & write all your assets, your property in your parents names or someone you trust the most. File a case against her, expose her to the authorities before she could do anything. Confront her after doing all this. I believe it will save a lot of your hard earned money. No matter how much you love her, you should always be prepared for anything and everything!
