@AlaskaComm Will you be making a public statement about how the upgrade last week shut off the internet for hundreds of homes? We are on day five without internet and been on the list for help. No technician has came yet.

1:28 P.M. The majority of our services have restored. Our technical team continues to work toward full restoral. If your service did not come back online, we recommend power cycling your modem.

12:22 P.M. We are investigating a networkwide disruption. We’ll share an update as we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by flooding along the Mendenhall River. Due to the flooding, some ACS customers in the Juneau area may be experiencing service disruptions. Our teams are actively working to restore service as quickly & safely as possible.

@AlaskaComm I currently live in Fairbanks today had no Internet service for over 30 minutes. When is this issue going to be resolved? This is getting to be a daily thing here. I’m not paying my bill in full until I get reliable Internet connection.

MAY 19 3:17 A.M.: We have resolved the network disruption and services are being restored. Thank you for your patience. If your service isn’t working, please reboot your modem by powering it off, waiting several minutes and powering it back on.

MAY 18 8:50 P.M.: Good evening, we are experiencing a statewide network disruption that may be causing slow internet speeds for some customers. This is our top priority and we are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
