@BeaTrades_ The hardest part is when you try to fix it and there is a wall of previous experiences that don’t allow you to fix it.

Most traders become so obsessed with the speed and volatility of Gold and indices that they lose the patience required to hold a normal trade. Some also become so accustomed to flipping accounts and chasing quick profits that it affects how they perform on normal setups. The result? Premature exits, overtrading, unnecessary risk taking, and constantly chasing excitement instead of following a plan. When you’re conditioned to expect fast results, slower but high quality trades start to feel unattractive or boring even when they’re the ones most likely to pay. Patience becomes difficult, and consistency suffers.

Fuck Forex. I am done.😭😭😭💔💔 After 2 years of chasing this dream, I officially give up. A few days ago, I passed Phase 1 and Phase 2 in 6 days and got funded. I flipped $7 to $130 and $6 to $119. Today, I lost it all. Trying to recover, I jumped on my funded account. Gold kept buying. I kept selling. The account breached. Gone What hurts the most is that last year, someone trusted me with $600 to trade. I lost it. Since then, I've been carrying the pressure of making it back, and I honestly think it ruined my psychology. People only talk about how Forex can make you rich. Nobody talks about how it can destroy your life too. I am living proof. Today, I'm broke. No funded account. No profits. No money. Just 2 years of pain, lessons, and disappointment. Goodbye Forex. @TindallOG I m trading since 2020 as a side hustle until oct 2025 then full-time. I found out that I learned more in 6 months full-time than in 6 years as a side hustle.

Working full time and trying to figure out when to trade is difficult. Some days we can take trades, some days we can’t. There’s no consistency. Asia session seems to be my only hope for now. I’m gonna have to put time and energy into figuring it out.

@JamesAnderson88 This is a good one, bro! I had $17k available to buy on March 30, 2026, and I regret not pulling the trigger. Instead, I used the money for something else. Big lesson learned.

It’s not easy to save 20%+ of your income. It’s not easy to buy when everything’s red. When you have strong discipline, you can make the hard choices that others won’t. Then you can retire early and live the life that others can’t.

How NQ transitioned from bearish to bullish today

@AdamMancini4 On $NQ, price perfectly respected 30164.25(overnight low failed), triggering a strong trend higher since then. Nice clean move.

There's 7604 tagged. Another massive bear trap in #ES_F. The squeeze trigger was same as always: A Failed Breakdown. Failed Breakdown of 7527 was the long trigger, we got it at 7:40AM. Targets given 8am were 7588, 7565, 7575, 7587, 7604. 7620 next, then multi-day trend starts

Long still paying & work is done until the next "elevator down" sell to trap bears again. 7527 was support given and #ES_F formed a shelf there. Flush and recovery was long trigger. Triggered 7:40AM. Targets were 7558, 7565, 7575, 7587 (all hit). 7604, 7620 next, then breakout

@JoeyMorganNQ Smart move scaling down on those high-vol days while still hitting solid profits.

This is why ATR is so important. Understanding the market you are trading and the volatility it’s presenting. Today I made $600 in my personal account off 5 micros. I normally trade around 1 mini and get 30 points. Today we have an ATR creeping up to 60 points on the 5 minute. Thats not an environment where I go full size yet I still make the same I would normally make of if I was full size in a different environment. Thats the beauty of trading. It’s different daily. Your job is to understand what’s different about today than yesterday. What’s different this week vs last week.
