Three years ago we were celebrating this win. The @SFWSpiritsComp is quite an honor since it’s based in our beloved CA but also an international competition with almost 6,000 entries.

We’ll be debuting our reclaimed bowling alley charcuterie boards at our next open house Saturday 3/16 from 2-6 PM. There will be a limited supply available for sale. We’re also keeping some for our guest chefs to use in house! #eandobowl #upcycle #creativereuse

We love our new locally made glass straws! We’ve always used glass straws but now that we use our upcycled bottles for “rocks” glasses, we needed shorter straws. Chad did such a beautiful job. Come take a sip this weekend. Open Saturday 2-6 for tasting flights & cocktails

We’re going to offer up a limited number of tastes & tours in March. This behind the scene’s tour includes watching, smelling (& tasting!) our ferments as they bubble away! We’ll finish up with a tasting flight in the #boldttastingroom Stay tuned for more info!

Yesterday we dumped our second and final barrel of our @Los_Bagels whiskey project on its 4th birthday. We immediately put the #3 soaked char back in and passed the barrel on to @KineticKoffee . You’ll want to 👀 their feed to see what they do next!

Our little slice of South G. We have no sign. By day it’s just another dark storefront. But a couple of times month, we open the window wall, stir up some cocktails and a guest chef cranks out amazing food. We hope you like it here ‘cause we’re having so much fun hosting you.

Collaborating with fellow small business owners means getting a first hand view of their craft and bad assery. For this project, we distilled Wrangletown cider, it was barrel in one of our ex Bourbon barrels and then fresh 🍎 juice was added. Voila- Pommeau! 😋
