@the_hustleman When you start chewing, you taste the caffeine first, which is slightly bitter, like coffee. That bitterness is a friendly reminder that this is different than traditional gum.

@AlertGum can you make another alert gum that actually tastes like the flavor on the box? Because the mint version tastes HORRIBLE! I feel cheated that I bought that. My wife and I both couldn't chew it for long due to the horrendous taste.

@CherylBooone @AlertGum Nah, it tastes horrible! Forget about the flavor on the package, it tastes nothing like that, it just tastes horrible! Pretty sad from the maker of my favorite gun who tends to get gum right every time!

I bought this ALERT Gum that has 40mg of caffeine per stick and I chewed one before each section of the MCAT. That's 160mg of caffeine and on top of that I downed two 20 oz bottles of Diet Coke each with 76mg of caffeine so thats a total of 312mg of caffeine. Am I going to die?
