Day 54: Well, first channel been up for 1 month and stats are pretty good, over 100k views. But now I got to specialize and post the RIGHT footage my audience is responding too. This is where strategy comes in, and it'll make or break my momentum from here. Let's go..

Day 46: Hit the 4k watch hours in 5 videos now, just need to up the subs and then can get first channel monetized and get the bag coming in 💵 one of my editors for my other channel quit on me though so that one is delayed...such is life. Gotta adapt and find solutions

End of Day 43: 12:28AM, built my first n8n workflow that took me like 3 hours to finish (s/o Chatgpt for getting me through it). Trying to stay up to date with how all these automations/agents can make life easier in the bit of downtime between uploads. Fun but annoying AF lol...

Day 42: 3 videos posted, all with great stats (> 6% CTR, > 5:00 AVD and good like ratio), but now it's all about impressions and the algorithm. My video from 2 weeks ago is FINALLY getting impressions and doubled in views yesterday, has highest view potential imo, let's see 🙏

Day 35: Mama I made it 🎉 lol first 10 subs so hey why not celebrate the small wins. 2nd vid cooled off but had good stats all around. Let's keep pushing

End of Day 35: Made the most of today and completed the scripts and delegated the work for the videos out. Now I can focus on higher leverage tasks and get more used to building the systems and structure to follow. Brick by brick, we'll get there...

Day 35: For the first time I have a slight sense of being "hands off" and certain parts of the business are working for me automatically. Still long way to go, but hoping it'll all keep getting better

End of Day 32: Getting the systems down a bit more. Starting to see how I can speed up my workflow. No attachment to individual results but excited for the future. Gotta ride out this momentum and become a beast. I know I have it in me.

Day 32: Such a shame that we're never actually taught in school how to FOCUS. It's the skill that can make or break your whole life. Been diving into Cal Newport info: Says approaching focus like a skill and managing workload are 2 biggest ROI things to do. Let's do it

Ens of Day 31: A lot of long nights (1:30AM) of planning and corrections has been the norm. I swear tech/apps will find a way to stop working when you need it just to test you along the way. I can't be broken though. I will force this to work, eventually...

@umairguitar Yeah of course, I understand logically that this is just part of the game so I'm not worried but there's always the natural hope that a video you put a lot of work into does well. But can't be attached, I'll just keep posting

9 views on video 1 is normal. videos can sit dead for weeks then randomly pop off. the algorithm tests new channels with extra impressions early on but it takes 15-20 uploads before it has enough data to push you. focus on volume and thumbnail/title testing right now, not view counts

Day 31: Well posted my first video yesterday and 24 hours later got a whopping 9 views 😅 sucks cause the video is really good and took a lot of effort, but can NEVER get too attached to any one video/channel/niche in this game. All good on to the next one 🤷‍♂️
