Our local coastline will be alive with activity tomorrow as we host the ‘Islandmagee Challenge’. Our 3 crews will compete against clubs from Co Down for the best time in completing a 10-mile route from Browns Bay (1pm) to Whitehead(2.30pm ish). Feel free to come cheer us on!

Not long into latest lockdown and clearly mental unravelling started - just praised my kid’s school work with “ that’s smashing”. First time I’ve ever said something is smashing or heard expression being used since 1989.

I stood around this fire a year ago, chucked in a list of things I wanted rid off, then set intentions for 2020 and kept a wee list..somewhat unbelievably a lot of them have come good. Im doing the same tonight (the fire will be improvised - eg a bin). Try it. It can’t hurt..
