We kicked off spring at our Q1 NIFA event by looking ahead at the future of franchising in 2026 and beyond. Franchising continues to evolve, and this week’s conversation brought forward new perspectives on how operators are thinking about growth, investment, and opportunities.

Charleston Brown experienced a full-circle moment at Western Michigan University, returning to her alma mater to join a panel of communications professionals and share career advice with strategic communications students preparing to enter the workforce.

Taking a deep breath and prioritizing wellness 🧘‍♀️ As part of our new Wellness Wednesdays, we rolled out our mats for a midweek yoga reset. Supporting both physical and mental health helps us recharge and ensure we are connected at every point. More movement, less stress.

Last week, Lauren Izaks joined fellow industry leaders at PR Palooza 2026, hosted by DePaul University. Lauren took part in the Making the Lineup: Recruitment panel, sharing real-world insights on hiring, team building, and what it takes to attract and retain top talent.

Brooke Sutcliffe and Paige Holland traveled to New Orleans to attend the @childrens_lighthouse 2026 Conference. They connected with franchisees and gained valuable insights into upcoming operational, curriculum, and culture initiatives at both the national and local levels.

We were thrilled to welcome DePaul PRSSA to our office as part of PR-Palooza! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with the next wave of PR talent, share insights about the industry, and give students a behind-the-scenes look at agency life here in Chicago.

Our team is back on the road, this time in San Antonio. Conference season is officially in full effect, and we’re on the ground visiting clients, connecting with franchisees, and turning conference conversations into real-world strategy.

As we settle into February, our department meetings helped us refocus on what matters most: clear communication, strong collaboration, and purposeful execution. This is just one way we’re bringing 2026 plans to life.

This week Karlea Schuelke had the opportunity to represent All Points at her alma mater, University of Wisconsin-Madison! She had the pleasure of connecting with students pursuing PR and delved into agency life in Chicago at the spring career fair. On Wisconsin!

Our office takes great pizza seriously, so when #NationalPizzaDay rolls around, you know we’re grabbing a slice and raising a toast (or a crust) to the city that does it best.

While the Bears may be on the sidelines this year, our team was in it to win it during our annual Super Bowl contest. 🐻 Shoutout to Pod 1 for taking home the trophy, proving you don’t have to be in San Francisco to show up like champs.

It’s always special when our team gets to be in the room with our clients, their franchisees, and senior leadership. Grateful for the opportunity to connect face-to-face, share ideas, and continue supporting brands as they grow.
