@ignu That situation is a raw moment for establishing boundaries. The person asking that question could ask “is your story at-risk of being delivered this sprint?” The developer could also resist giving a fixed number response “I have confidence I’ll deliver this story in this sprint”

@BryanEBraun @FormidableLabs I am happy & sad for you. It will be hard to think of you not being a Sparkboxer. I hope this doesn’t mean your moving out of town. I enjoy seeing you out at community events and I still hope we could collaborate on something in the future.

As for what's next, I've recently accepted an offer to join the team at @FormidableLabs. I've been inspired by their work for awhile and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and contributing however I can. 🙇‍♂️

Personal news: I just wrapped up my last day at @hearsparkbox. It's been a day of big feelings, but the biggest one has been gratitude for the time I've spent here. So many good people and good memories. I'll miss you more than you know. ❤️

We just watched “The American President” (with @KDouglasMichael, @eldersheen, @realmikefox on Netflix. This is a wholesome example of integrity and statesmanship. I recommend this as a requirement to watch for any public office.
