We will be giving a session at this year’s @SUDigital_ on barristers’ tips on advocacy in university disciplinary hearings, targetted at SU representatives. The focus will be on dealing with evidence unfavourable to the student. The session is on 11th July, at 12pm.

Tip for students seeking the help of lawyers: don’t lie to them as this will make it harder for them to help you. If there’s one person to whom you can be honest, that’s your lawyer.
