This man was only in the Navy for 2 years He now has a normal job and gets paid $5,800 per month Despite this, he also gets from the VA: - $2,070 per month from VA Disability per month (tax free) - He’s about to get an additional $2,400 extra per month from the VA for starting school again - He also is about to get the VA PhD stipend which is an additional $4,000+ per month depending on school He will get over $10,000+ per month from the VA for only being in the Navy for 2 years All paid for by taxpayers The system is broken Disability is tax-free and paid monthly regardless of employment or school status

This is absolutely devastating news. My heart goes out to the families in Brantley County who have lost their homes and everything they own. Praying for the safety of everyone in the area and the first responders fighting the fire.

Our roads in America are crumbling A huge 8 foot by 4 foot hole is found on the I-64 into Illinois It’s on a bridge, the driver almost hits it. He walks over and looks down the hole, you can see the road way below He quickly leaves fearing he may fall through The pavement crumbled, leaving only the steel grid support structure visible I looked more into this and Illinois Department of Transportation did covered it with a steel plate as a temporary fix until it’s repaired This is what happens when our tax money isn’t spent on infrastructure and instead endlessly launderer to NGOs and back to politicians
