Today I’m seeing a lot of my patients who had to be rescheduled while I was handling my mother’s death & funeral. EVERY SINGLE PATIENT had hugs and pastries 🥹 I love this job. I love being their doctor. And I’m just speechless with these acts of kindness.

I understand the core of response but as an OBGYN applicant and as a woman, this statement is invalidating and condescending and doesn’t even marginally acknowledge our own reproductive health.
