Yet other teams use their own workstations/IDEs and use git.sh to move the code from one place to another. A shared cloud disk also works well. Then there's always Teams and a shared screen showing an IDE window, but I find that more awkward because iI like having control of sizing, zooming, panning, and scrolling on the workstation in front of me.
