@efc_fanservices Hi, I have tried to renew not via direct debit but credit card. Still not had confirmation email. Money has cleared on cc. Still no confirmation email after 4 days though.

The technical issue affecting a small number of Season Ticket Members renewing via Direct Debit remains ongoing. Our third-party provider is working to resolve this as quickly as possible. Any supporter impacted by this delay will not lose their place in the seat move process and will be contacted by email with an updated renewal link when the issue is resolved.

@efc_fanservices Any chance of a confirmation email that my season ticket purchase went through? All I got was an error message and pending payment on my credit card. Been 48 hours now and nothing. Really not good enough.
