CONCERNS OVER NAVAL MINES IN HORMUZ ARE GROWING
Iran says it has deployed only a few dozen mines in the Strait of Hormuz.
But analysts believe it may have thousands more in reserve if the conflict escalates.
That’s the real fear.
Even a small number of mines can severely disrupt shipping.
Earlier today, Trump ordered US mine sweepers to triple their level.
More minesweepers are now working to reopen safe passage.
At the same time, vessels attempting to cross the Strait are still being targeted.
The Strait of Hormuz remains effectively closed.

A 14-year-old boy in New York City was arrested after body-slamming a 15-year-old girl and stomping on her head because she refused to give him her phone number.
