This is the first cut of my trailer for my idle Basebuilding RPG with a deckbuilding roguelike adventure, Sector Scavengers!
I’m a little over 20 days into development and having a blast!
Here’s the set of tools I used for this:
1. @makkoai for gameplay and art
2. @ElevenLabs for voiceover
3. @grok for the cut scenes
4. @BandM8Official for the background music
5. @capcutapp to bring it all together
Starting out as a solo dev at age 40 wasn’t on my dance card but here we are! Thanks to everyone who is following along and supporting!

Day5️⃣of building a faceless gaming channel
In ONE DAY:

TikTok is still very inconsistent but just broke out
Testing story-based content scripted and VO'd by @andyslaps to see if we can push watch time and retention higher. The shorts that hold attention longer get pushed harder by the algorithm.

All proof above 👆 I made 3 videos for them learned form th first 2 and figured out what worked. Cut out content I wanted to keep because I knew it would do better this way. Took me about 2 hours to record for the session and another 6 hours of ideas and testing. Very intentional and the results speak for themself.

Make good content, consistently.
There are best practices of course, but the main thing is making videos people want to watch in a niche and do that over and over again.
