This isn’t speculation or whatever, it’s literally public. Ripple Labs filed an interagency application to create Ripple National Trust Bank in the United States. A federally regulated trust bank. Read that again. Not a crypto exchange, not a payment system, but a U.S. trust bank, operating under the same framework as traditional financial institutions. The application cleared 7 days ago. Why this matters more than anything that happened in court: – Ripple can legally custody digital assets at an institutional level – They get direct access to U.S. banking infrastructure – They don’t need intermediaries to move liquidity – Compliance isn’t something they “deal with” anymore, it’s built into the company – XRP becomes part of regulated financial plumbing, not an outsider asset While most crypto companies spent the last two years fighting regulators, Ripple went the opposite direction. They positioned themselves inside the system. That’s their strategy and it’s working. You can dislike XRP or ignore it, whatever.
