It is with deepest sadness and broken hearts that Dave fell asleep peacefully tonight at 4.51pm surrounded by his family. He fought a hard battle with dignity, resilience, courage and humour. He will leave a huge hole in our lives. Funeral arrangements to follow

Back in hospital at the Christie. Now got Jaudice so just waiting for scans and other things. Probably going to have a stent put in as growths are pushing on liver. The rollercoaster of life.

View from my Hospice room. Had to come in to sort out pain relief. Hope to find out what is actually causing the pain after a MRI scan at the Christie today. @BuryHospice thank you to all the staff who are amazing. Hope I am not here to long bothering you 😅

After 2 months of being in and out of hospital this weekend is the first time I have eaten normal food. 3 times in hospital one time for 8 nights. Lost 16kilo. Now feeling good and start chemo next week. Let's get back to kicking this cancer 👊

Latest update is that the clinical trial has stopped working and the one of the growths on my liver is growing. I am now going on Doxcetaxol chemo for the second time. Not the best news but need to shrink the liver growths before another trial. 🤔

Got my scan results back from last week not the best news. One has grown by a cm. Don't know what is going to happen until I am at the Christie on Thursday. Issue was could hardly understand the person telling the results. Had to keep asking to repeat themselves.

Was supposed to be flying out to Menorca tomorrow but fell over Thu morning and broke my left wrist and right elbow. Great way to start the weekend 😂🤣😅
