It was great to host @DHS_Athletics1 and @FredoniaHSathl1 @UnifiedSportsNY basketball teams. Our student-athletes cheered hard for both teams and everyone in the gym won! What a special event that demonstrated the value of sport. @FredoniaCSD @DunkirkCSD @TheObserverNY

Fredonia State will be hosting a Unified Basketball game between Fredonia HS vs. Dunkirk HS. Gametime starts at 4:30 PM and will be held in Dods Hall.

There are coaches who run 90 minute practices who win. There are coaches who run three hour practices who lose. There are coaches who work seven hour days who win. There are coaches who work 13 hour days who lose. Being efficient is important. If you can do it successfully in less time, then do it. Output > Time spent Your player’s time matters. Your staff’s time matters too. There is no substitute for hard work but there is nothing more foolish than wasting everyone’s time. I am hoping we can get to a point where we’re always using adjectives like “boys” and “girls” for articles like this. It seems as though “girls” is always used, but “boys” is often left out, aka they are the default. Thanks for your work and dedication to the kids!
