So I sent a message to Chewy customer support informing them of the error. I let them know that Libby had passed away, and asked them to update their records.

Not only that, but we said goodbye to Libby about a week before her 13th birthday so I've already been grappling with the fact that it was close to this date 3 years ago. I log into my Chewy account and confirmed that I had, in fact, removed her as a pet from my account (I had).
