Big month for our FREE training programs! Our Spring 10K program (TinyURL.com/ASISpring10K) starts next week, with Wed. & Sat. runs; Spring 5K beginners program (RunSignup.com/AnnapolisStrid…) starts on 4/28 with Tue./Thu./Sat. training. Both programs are FREE for Striders members!

See you Sunday AM @ Severna Park HS for the B&A Trail Marathon & Half! Packet pick-up is 6-7 AM (don't forget photo ID!), early start is 7:00, regular start (full & half) is 7:30. Allow extra time to park, get your packet, use the bathroom, etc. It's going to be a great day! 😁
