i love Japan so much !! it's been 2 months and i'm still in awe. it's beyond anything i could've dreamed it could be. i can lose a whole day in Ikebukuro shopping K-BOOKS for doujinshi and rare merch of my favourite idols .. and the food? amazing, everywhere. even paying a premium in the US, i've never eaten so well before !! the best burgers, the best beef, the best sushi. clean, healthy food is everywhere. there are plenty of treats, too, of course uwu the prevailing attitude is to be kind and considerate. i lost a bag with over $100 in it at Skytree .. someone returned it to the Lost & Found and i got it all back the next morning. (this would never happen in the US today.) people are well-kept, polite, and their best self most all of the time .. the most disruptive people i've met are foreigners. it feels like everyone is looking after each other a little bit. you see someone drop something, and you rush to help them out. you stand in the train so someone who needs the seat more than you can take it. it's so easy to be moral in a society that is abundantly good-hearted. and it feels good to be a part of that !!

tonight in shinjuku, i had tsukesoba for the first time with the boys !! it was so good .. (๑ᵔ⤙ᵔ๑) they serve you a bowl with broth separate from the noodles, and i think you're supposed to dip the noodles into the broth .. but i dumped mine on top of the noodles instantly. ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ it was really delicious !! i want to go back soon !! i love japan so much !! ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡
