Does anyone else struggle with this? when I meet new ppl im over-friendly/bubbly/talkative/overdo it w compliments n I've had so many ppl tell me l8r on that I overwhelmed them when we first met but idk how to tone down w out feeling super awkward n shutting down😭😭😭
