@Cal_I_Guess The mobile market being "bigger and more profitable" is completely irrelevant when the game you're making is a huge gamble that's mostly untested in said market.

This is a crazy step in the right direction for Destiny Rising but I still believe it needs to ditch gacha entirely and be brought over to consoles / PC natively to truly succeed in the long term.

Xbox: Why is there an ethernet cord. Xbox 360: Who needs party chat and Achievements. Xbox One: Digital games and the kinnect are stupid. Xbox Series S/X: Quick resume, Play Anywhere, and smart delivery are pointless. Xbox Helix: Nobody wants access to pc and console simultaneously. Me: Lol, these features are dope, just admit you don't like Xbox and move on bro!

The Crimson Desert team has sent Digital Foundry a PlayStation 5 Pro with Crimson Desert pre-installed for performance testing
The standard version of the game is currently patch-locked until launch meaning Digital Foundry cannot test the base PS5 version until the game releases
