April Coffee Roasters

Our April Filter Drip Packs are for those who want to take our coffee with them wherever they go. It was roasted in Copenhagen, carefully ground, and dialed in to create a cup of Filter Coffee that represents the quality of April.

We are gearing up for tomorrow’s Coffee Subscription Production. This month, we are sending out a Washed-Processed Tabi variety from our partner farm, El Tesoro, in Colombia.

Thank you to everyone that visited us this weekend. Spring is on the way and we have more tourists in town and with that a busier store. We are working on new protocols and approaches to make sure that every one of our guests gets that April Experience. #growingtogether

It’s a new season and we have already started to share our new 1000g packaging for the April Selection line with our partners around the world.

Our Sustainable Profile Project is based on larger farm lots from our partner producers. We aim to purchase three different quality ranges from each producer: SP, Selection, and Limited.

The full line of our April Clothing Project is available in-store and online. Throughout the year we launch new items. Each edition is produced in a limited run with the same attention to quality, both in product development and in the value chain as the coffee we work with.

We continue to tweak and improve our Organic Coffee line, working with small producers to find the highest-quality Organic Coffee. Next up is a washed processed Bourbon variety from our partner producer Milton Fernandez in Peru.

Due to the Easter holidays, we are starting production one day later this week. That means international shipments tomorrow and local deliveries on Friday.

This week we are back with the usual opening hours for the April Experience. We are looking forward to welcoming you home to us.

Our Subscription shipment for the month of May is coming up. We are preparing the first production batches of this seasons washed processed Tabi variety from our partner farm El Tesoro in Colombia.

We are on Easter Break in the roastery but will be back answering emails and roasting, packing and shipping your orders on Wednesday.

The April Experience and the April Roastery are closed during the Easter Holidays. But we open up the Store tomorrow (Saturday). Next week we are back to normal opening hours. Enjoy your holidays.

All the orders coming in from today will be roasted, packed and shipped out on Wednesday the 23rd of April. Both our roastery and customer support team will be on Easter Holiday and back in the roastery on Tuesday.

Espresso matters. It requires effort, attention to detail, and an understanding of the value chain. At the April Experience we are looking for a modern expression where we can showcase the work and effort our partner producers have invested in the coffees we work with.

This week we have updated the opening hours for our April Experience due to the Easter Holiday. We are open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Next week we are back to normal opening hours.

Next week it’s the Easter Holidays and our roasting schedule looks different than usual. We roast, pack, and ship on Tuesday and Wednesday. The week after we start our production week on Wednesday and run it all through Friday. After that, we will be back on a normal schedule.

The April Tasting Menu gives you a unique and curated insight into the work that goes into our coffee. You get the opportunity to tastes the rarest selection of coffees we have to offer in a table service format with your own barista.

Next Wednesday we are launching the latest crop of this washed processed Tabi variety from our partner farm El Tesoro in Colombia.

Easter is around the corner and with that our production schedule is changing. Next week we roast, pack and ship Tuesday and Wednesday and the following week we start production on the Wednesday.
