I think patient would want to know as well. But I completely agree with the concern for cost effectiveness.

@ebtapper @HepCommJournal @SameerPrakashDO @jlouissaint89 An interesting discussion. Though I do not think there is any study looking at the prognostic ability of AAT level, I agree that it likely has no significance and may not need to be tested.
