Went apartment hunting yesterday with a 27-year-old desperate to find a home for her and her kids, after being unhoused for the last year. Each landlord charged a fee to apply. One required a $60 app fee AND a $150 admin fee, up front, both nonrefundable. The extortion is unreal.

Mental Health needs investment not tagging the mentally challenged as filt makers. In our opinion this respected news paper should have captured what we need to do for the mentally challenged. But not labeling them as making the city of Accra dirty. gofund.me/79c5f745

Caution!!!!!!! Mental Health needs massive investment. I've been thinking about how my government in Ghana is willing to invest huge sums of money into building of national cathedral. But one of the fundamental issues of the people's health is neglected. #MentalHealthMatters

Caution!!!. These images are upsetting. I witnessed his dignity restoration. He was shackled just because he has mental illness. My charity organization raised funds to support his mental health treatment. And he is no more in shackles.

Consider Ghana especially the Northern Part of Ghana.
