@KiraRaptora She is. In the first one at least. Second Dracula Book (Rage) is more about their child. Year One is also kinda tied to it. I’d recommend you read the first Dracula book titled Unholy then Year One and then Rage.

The irony of calling him complex only to have his first mcu appearance be a nostalgia bait movie with a 50+ main cast adapting the arc that effectively concludes his story and brings it full circle. Fucking loathe these creators for their superficial interpretations.

@KiraRaptora I like his characterization but when he starts to get into the lore he kinda falls off. Personally I didn’t like Year One for that same reason. The Dracula books were okay I think. Def do check out Year One tho opinions are divided you may find yourself liking it.

@AstroAyko I like priest, in the beginning. I think he’s either burnt out or running out of ideas. But then again I heard Vampirella year one is good so idk. I’ll have to check it out to judge.

The parallel between Thorfinn & Askeladd and Thorfinn & Einar is the best thing to come out of season two so far. Einar choosing to put aside hate and revenge and choosing forgiveness contrasts Thorfinn’s decisions in a way that I feel will heal and inspire Thorfinn.

@KiraRaptora That’s why Wolfman gets a medal for his writing on Dickkory. Balanced relationship where both develop and grow together without one relying on the other.

I wish we would start shitting on writers who write characters so poorly and not taking it out on the characters themselves. Dickory isn’t the problem, the problem is writers who only see Kory and Babs as “something to fuck” for Dick. That’s the real issue here
