Kick has entirely rewritten the Community Guidelines as of March 19, 2026.
Some key points:
- They've condensed the rules (from 14 to 11) but expanded the scope. It is now much more legally precise and far stricter than before.
- New protections for minors (+ bans unsupervised interactions with minors).
- New rules around Public Safety.
- Personal Safety and Self-Harm now addresses substance abuse, stunts, and other unsafe activities.
- New rules around AI/Deepfakes, including required disclosure or an outright ban on some types of content.
- More detailed Gambling rules (particularly around disclosure/age labels).
- New "Additional Standards" rules around branded content, disclosure, banned creators, and other updates.

The VA fraud is a perfect example of why nothing gets done in this country
The lines are so blurred between genuine disability and fraudulent claims that bringing it up inevitably offends people and nothing gets done
I know from MANY firsthand experiences how fraudulent many of these claims are. Too bad I guess. The topic is saturated in feelings and emotions. So bringing it up causes an outpouring of whining and totally missing the point.

Caleb Hammer has done more to totally discredit the American welfare system than any Republican politician in history.
Every argument in favor of the status quo is a disingenuous attempt to continue stealing from normal people for no other reason than to fund parasites who contribute absolutely nothing to society.

Hollywood keeps going for "Big names" to sell the movie instead of casting seasoned voice actors with years of VO experience cuz they think it's so easy. Hell, voice acting still not even respected at the Oscars.
