It is just OBVIOUS LOGIC!... Government does not produce anything to share! Charity can ONLY come form someone that provides work that people will pay for. A productive person will most times produce more than they consume. They save and if they feel compassionate to some one in need they have the opportunity to share with someone in need!... That is CHARITY! One on one without grifters stealing part of it. GOVERNMENT will confiscate money from productive people and will REDISTRIBUTE it to a cause the determine in need where mear pennies make it to the intended hands while the rest is laundered along the way to the politicians in charge of distribution!.... to be deemed needy is usually because you are likely to vote for the ones handing out other peoples money! GOVERNMENT HAS ZERO INCENTIVE TO BE EFFICIENT BECAUSE THEY DON'T NEED TO BE! THE FIX IS TO STOP GOVERNMENT FROM OPERATING WELFARE PROGRAMS! THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS ONLY REQUIRED TO DEFEND THE COUNTRY PERIOD! EVERY THING ELSE NEEDS TO BE STATE CONTROLLED OR LOWER LEVEL!
