GM 🇺🇸Donald Trump pardoned Changpeng Zhao (CZ) CZ and representatives of the Binance exchange state the following: — Donald Trump pardoned Changpeng Zhao on the only charge - the lack of an effective compliance program (compliance). — The judge did not find any evidence that he was aware of any illegal transactions on the Binance platform. It is also noted that "CZ is the first and only defendant in U.S. history who, without any previous offenses, received a prison sentence for this single non-fraud-related charge."
