For people who don’t understand the pricing: a single full body drawing can easily cost $150-$250. Now imagine doing that 8 to 12 times over just to create one second of animation.

You are quoting $250 USD as if that is the standard? Different artists quote their commissions based on their economy or their needs to live, day to day. Just like you do with your own life, so what's the problem? If you wanted to buy a PC, you would save to buy one and that obviously takes time to do. But why when it comes to art, you don't value it the same and rather resort to using a system that "STEALS" from these artists to provide you something that could never capture the emotion/personality that only comes from humans. And even then, there are many websites that artists use that will most definitely fit in your budget - you are just trying to find an excuse for using AI.
