Avoid Foxtons

After being told we have a 1 year old @foxtons raised the rent by £400 per month than the advertised price on a property we were viewing. The advert hasn't been updated. Are they really charging a toddler tax?

@foxtons Few minutes ago, LM23GMU driver jumped the red lights on Porchester Road in Bayswater and could have injured someone!

Foxtons will overvalue your home by 25% to get you to sign a 6m contract stopping you changing agent, which you'll want to when you realise they lied to get your business. You'll then be forced into a public reduction as buyers disregard your listing.

.@foxtons agent put off our morning viewing and didn't turn up or message in the afternoon. Pretty shoddy.

I honestly cannot warn enough people to not go anywhere near @foxtons

@foxtons your company is genuinely the worst service I have ever recieved, your stupid employees refuse to give me back my deposit, they enter my property without consent and I lived without a working radiator for 2 years.

@foxtons do not listen to their tenants at all, even for general health and safety. It’s disrespectful that their advertising campaign is London’s number 1 real estate agency, honesty I don’t think there could actually be a worst agency in the world.

Sales instructions in a Foxton's office. To sellers -- mortgage rates are going up. To buyers -- they're going down.

Not @foxtons telling us they're honest about their rent prices and don't engage in bidding wars when i've specifically been on viewings with them and their letting agents have advised me to bid more if i want the property 🤣🤣 avoid them at all costs please @AvoidFoxtons

@foxtons #Norbury branch - either the driver of your company carry it is a #BlueBadge holder who didn’t display, or doesn’t have 1 & doesn’t care about disabled people who may need close parking to the shop. Which is it? I do hope it’s the former 🤔🤷‍♀️🤨🧐 #DisabilityTwitter

avoid @foxtons at all costs. Especially their managed service, they are disastrous
