I have a HUGE favor my neighbor who is in his 70’s was just diagnosed with cancer it’s all thru his body he doesn’t have long to live… one of last wishes is to see a reds game with his brother ( the only one left) before he dies. I am already over today. Between being falsely suspended yesterday evening and this migraine that came out of nowhere, I quit. See yall in a bit.

As soon as I do all the research on it, I’ll let you know. I just started researching it. Basically it’s almost like a scalp massage but they do it all the way down to your neck and jaw line cause they say that that’s most of where the pain comes from I know when I’m stressed. I push my shoulders up… I was diagnosed with severe PTSD and I used to get headaches so bad and then I did Neurofeedback and it really helped a lot now I wanna finish off these headaches lol
