As of now, there is no smoking gun except maybe the wound Charlie suffered. The case is going to rely on a lot of circumstantial evidence that hopefully will be presented in a courtroom, not here.

What PROOF did Candace give besides her saying it? You realize when you "investigate" you need ACTUAL PROOF?! What PROOF did Candace give that it wasnt a 30 06? Bc the ACTUAL investigators have a coroner and an emergency room DR, who both ACTUALLY viewed Charlies body and removed the bullet saying the exact opposite of Candace but we should believe her over them, why?? Do you understand, Candace certainly doesnt that a 30 06 shoots 150 grain, 165-168 grain, 180 grain, 110-130 grain? Or the different bullet types like Full Metal Jacket, Soft Point (SP) Polymer Tip (e.g., Ballistic Tip) Hollow Point, Bonded Core, Monolithic Solid? Tell us which bullet type did Candace find was used in her "investigation" or does she just repeat 30 06?? You people that eat up her slop are unbelievably dumb!!
