My landlord had the strangest tenant rule I've ever seen.
Every tenant in his building got one "grace month."
Once during your entire lease, you could tell him you couldn't pay rent.
He would waive that month's rent completely.
No paperwork. No proof. No repayment plan. No questions.

The World Cup is really stupid because of its qualification process. Italy or even just Wales are much better teams than Congo or Cape Verde, but because euros play other euro teams, they lose out. Should be 90% Euro if this was a merit based WC and make quals worldwide

I was having a discussion with a colleague recently.
I was telling him in some countries, professionals like doctors don't have to worry about doing Uber in weekends or doing multiple locum to survive.
You can just go to work, see your patients, and your salary is enough for you. In your spare time, you can do a lot of research and invent new ways to help your patients.
Compare that to a Nigerian doctor that is always jumping from one hustle to the other.
You can't have passion for greatness when you're hungry.

Nigerians don’t even want to go to the moon, they don’t want anything out of the blues. They just want to be save and be able to live a good life via a honest means. The things Nigerians want won’t affect the politicians, I don’t know why we have leaders that don’t care! This is really sad!
