Church Farm's Emmanuel Lawal is the 1st area state medalist w/ a 4-2 win in the 2A 285-lb quarters over Southern Columbia's Lear Quinton. Lawal is the first Griffin to reach state semis, which begin tonight at 730. He faces Meyersdale's Jalen Stephens, who beat Lawal 4-2 last yr.

Girls 🏀 final, the Lions fall to St. Basil in the District 1 AAA finals 56-36. Rachel Saxton led the Lions with 12 points and Reagan Chrencik added 11. The Lions’ season comes to an end with a record of 20 wins and 6 losses. Great season girls!
