I believe so much in myself even in the face of uncertainties. I am Daring to Win. I am Daring to step in with Audacity. I am moving past self-imposed, environmentally induced limitations because I am Helped by God. I will keep Building because I know my harvest is here.

Contract Employment is a transition phase. The world responds to value. You can stay a contract staff more than 5 years and expect to be glorified. Do all it takes to get out of the rabbit hole. Skill up is the answer.
BBM@BBMOfficial2

Dear Graduates, Please, as much as you can, avoid contract employment in Nigeria. Perhaps until the system is better. Someone reached out to me frm my WhatsApp group telling me how much he earns after working for 10yrs as a contract staff with a bank Don’t do contract for long!

There are things that happen in this country your mind can’t even proces, if you sit with them too long, your head just starts to hurt. It feels like we keep discovering new lows. Just when you think we’ve hit rock bottom, somehow it goes even deeper.

No matter the level of wokeness, please don’t abandon your parents. Do not neglect them. Do not listen to those damaged people who always say children don’t owe their parents anything. You owe your parents everything. Be kind to them always. You need their blessing. 🤍🤍🤍

A little late but still worth saying: Women are building careers, breaking ceilings, running things and still being told to “calm down.” Happy International Women’s Day to women everywhere. Keep shining. ✨

Today feels different 🥳🎉🥳 I have been named one of the Top 100 Most Impactful Voices in Africa, and honestly, I had to sit with that for a moment. This list recognizes female change makers, community builders, and tech innovators of African descent who are using their voices and digital platforms to drive meaningful change across digital platforms, and through leadership, governance, policy, and published works. Thank you to the incredible team at ABCD Africa for this recognition. Knowing that the work I do every day, showing up, speaking up, and adding value to the people around me, has been seen and celebrated… that means everything to me. And what better day for this to land than International Women’s Day. To every woman reading this, whether you are climbing the corporate ladder, building something from scratch, or just trying to figure out your next move, I need you to hear this: Your voice matters. Your work matters. You do not have to shrink yourself to fit into spaces. You belong there and then some. Stay on the grind. Keep giving your best. The world needs what only you can bring. This one is for all of us. Happy International Women’s Day. 🌸 100voices.abcdafrica.co Go and be fantastic today

I genuinely think one of the most underrated founder superpowers is resilience. Especially in our part of the world, where the system sometimes feels like it woke up and chose “try me.” 😅 Because if you don’t stay standing, nothing else gets a chance to work.
