The House Events are in full swing!! The Year 10 Debating Competition is underway and Year 7 Draughts and Year 8 Chess started today! @BedfordModern

Students from Years 7-13 have been submitting their photographs on the theme of ‘Winter’ for our House Photography Competition. Here are some of the entries so far. If you would like to take part there is still time; please send your photos to Mrs Edwards by Friday 29 January.

After a busy term of House events the scores are in..... Oatley are in first with 76.5, 2-Bell 75, 3-Tilden 72.5, 4-Farrar 69.5, 5-Rose 64.5, 6-Mobbs 60. Well done to all students that have taken part this term.

The first results are in!! The Year 8 cricketers were full of enthusiasm this morning and the results are 1 Oatley, 2 Mobbs, 3 Bell, 4 Rose, 5 Farrar, 6 Tilden.

Wow! What an end to the year! Rose win the House Championship! Well done Charlie and Fran and the rest of Rose House. Runner up Farrar.

.@BMS_SP0RT are pleased to announce the new House distance competition which takes place between 01 June and 03 July. The aim is to virtually travel from Bedford to Istanbul by walking, running, rowing or cycling. Further details to follow after half term. #TeamBMS

The Year 7 & 8 Mascot Competition launched today. We have already received some very impressive work. See below, Phoebe Freeman’s butterfly, Sophie Harrison’s rhino, Hugo Pape’s fox and a turtle by Andronikos Pallikarou. The deadline is Friday 5 June @BedfordModern
