Congratulations to all BOK swimmers who attended the Yorkshire Winter Swimming Championships at Ponds Forge, Sheffield. Some great performances over three weekends. Many thanks too to the volunteers who helped to make the event run smoothly!

Team BOK faced some tough competition but came 4th at the H2GO Teams event in Harrogate today!

Summer update: Ava completed at the World Transplant games in Dresden in August, winning all 5 of her individual events, 200m freestyle, 100m freestyle, 50m freestyle, 50m butterfly, and 50m breaststroke - setting 4 world records! #winning #TeamBok
