Day 2 was more of the same as we dropped both games 10-0 and 8-2 to Sooke, BC and Grande Prairie. Play the defending champs from Newfoundland and Irma today. All we can guarantee out of day 3 is that this team will not stop working! #StillAlive #NeedAWin

Tough day 1 as we dropped both games 5-0 to Nova Scotia and 13-0 to Hill United from Ontario. Day 2 will not get any easier as we get the Sooke Loggers this afternoon and the Host GP tonight. #GonnaKeepWorking

We also want to thank our Rustlers families and fans for their support. It is appreciated. We were very pleased to be able to donate $150 each to the JET Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Mark Cross Memorial Fund. This was proceeds from the 50/50 earlier this year at provincials.

The Sr. A Men's Nationals Championships @GpMensChamps19 fire up this week in Grande Prairie. It's a stacked field but there is nothing like hitting the diamond against the best teams in the country. Here is the website for the event. softball.ca/mens

A big thanks to all that come out to Earl Grey on Saturday. Things didn't go our way on the diamond as we lost game one 7-2 and dropped game two 7-1. Congrats to the Saskatoon Angels on the provincial title. We are looking forward to Nationals Aug. 28 - Sept.1 in Grande Prairie.

Here's another reminder about the Sr. A Men's Provincial Championship tomorrow. I am pleased to announce that we will be doing a 50/50 draw after the 4th inning of game 2 in which part of the proceeds will go towards the Mark Cross Memorial Fund and the JET Memorial Fund.
