Yesterday Alice and Ben ran a creative session workshop making bag designs for our new students starting this week.

Five of our students came to see one of our members of the academic team play in a local orchestra at a concert in St Aldhelm's Church earlier this week.

Here's a throwback to our annual Training Day at Avon Tyrell in the New Forest. Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Centre is a leading outdoor learning venue dedicated to the continuous development of young people, run by the charity UK Youth.

Yazeed, one of our current students took part in a collection of International Student interviews from #BournemouthUniversity last month. It's great to see our students talking so enthusiastically about studying in Bournemouth as an International Student.

Earlier this week Alice ran an arts and crafts workshop in the knowledge Hub here at the College. As usual there were some wonderfully artistic and colourful creations from our students. We're already looking forward to the next event!

2024 will be the 20th anniversary of the New Forest Tour bus! Starting on Saturday the 29th June the open-top buses will run along three routes that criss-cross the National Park.

Happy Eid ul-Adha from everyone at BUINTCOL Eid ul-Adha ('Festival of Sacrifice') is one of the most important festivals in the Islamic calendar where meat from a ritual sacrifice is divided for the poor and needy.

We are very lucky at the College to have the Russell-Cotes art gallery and museum being so close to the College. On Thursday the 13 June 2024, the house will be open free of charge to the general public as part of the annual Sixpence Day from 10am -5pm. russellcotes.com/event/sixpence…?

Today at the College Paulina and Oksana hosted a make your own salad event. It proved to be extremely popular with our students and proved to be a good opportunity to promote different national cuisines here in the College.

On Friday Ben from College Services took our new student starters on their first visit to Bournemouth University Talbot Campus. The sunshine was a warm welcome for our students who were able to see where they will be studying next year!
