A student with a textbook will outperform a student with ChatGPT. Hear me out. A team at UPenn took about 1,000 high school students and split them into two groups. One group got ChatGPT to help them with their math practice. The other group got nothing but their textbook and notes. The ChatGPT group scored 48% higher on homework than the textbook group. By every metric, it looked like the question was already answered. Then the researchers took ChatGPT away and gave everyone the same exam. The ChatGPT group scored 17% worse than the students who never had it. That is insane. None of this means AI can't work in education. It means a raw chatbot is not a learning tool. Im not sure why people want to bury their heads in sand and deny what is going on south of the border. You dont send 4,000 marines, several destroyers, a nuclear powered attack sub to an area to play patty cakes. There is a long history of the leadership of Venezuela trying to destabilize the USA via drugs and illegal immigrants. Venezuela is one of the biggest allies of China in the western hemisphere . Venezuela has been a destabilizing force in South and Central America for decades. Venezuela has a huge amount of resources, including oil. If the land bridge is blocked by an increase of troops and effort by the USA in Panama, that only leaves air and water or some type of transshipment operation for them to enter the USA. The deportation of Venezuela's paramilitary gang Tda from the US, the use of the AEA act as well as the effort of the US state department to label tda and cartels as terrorist. Everything points to some type of military action against Venezuela in the next few weeks or months. You all better wrap your heads around that if you support Trump because the cries from the right when he attacks will be loud and crazy. Is there a slim chance a military strike doesnt happen? Sure. But the probability is much higher for something to happen. Leaving the status quo down south will just restart the problems when Trump leaves office. Major change is coming to the western hemisphere in the next 3.5 years.
