میرا بھائی سیف اللہ بلوچ کو سی ٹی ڈی کے غیر قانونی حراست سے رہا کیا جائے۔ سیف اللہ کو 12 مارچ کی رات کہ دوستوں کے سامنے ہی سی ٹی ڈی اہلکار اسے اٹھا کر لے گئے۔ہماری ایف آئی آر بھی در نہیں کی گئی ۔ ہم نے اپنے بھائی کو ان اندھیروں سے نکالنے کے لیے ہر ممکن کوشش کی، لیکن 31 مارچ کو اسے ہدہ جیل کی ڈیٹینشن میں شفٹ کیا گیا اور ہمیں بروز جمعہ 3 اپریل کو اطلاع دی گئی کہ Detention cell میں ہے، جو بلوچستان پریوینشن آف ڈیٹینشن اینڈ ریڈیکلائزیشن ایکٹ کے تحت قائم کیا گیا ہے۔ درحقیقت یہ جبری گمشدگی کو ایک قانونی شکل دینے کی کوشش ہے، جہاں بغیر کسی ایف آئی آر یا مقدمے کے کسی شخص کو کم از کم تین ماہ تک قید رکھا جا سکتا ہے،نہ وہ مکمل طور پر لاپتہ شمار ہوتا ہے اور نہ ہی واقعی آزاد ہوتا ہے۔ ہمیں بتایا گیا جون میں بتایا جائے گا کہ اس پر کون سا کیس لگایا جائے گا۔ یہ کیسا انصاف ہے کہ پہلے کسی کو اٹھایا جائے اور مہینوں بعد یہ طے کیا جائے کہ اس پر کیا الزام لگانا ہے؟ اگر کوئی جرم ہے تو فوراً عدالت میں پیش کیا جائے۔ اس دوران میرے بھائی کو جسمانی، ذہنی اور جذباتی اذیت دی گئی، حتیٰ کہ اسے یہ بھی کہا گیا کہ اس کے خاندان نے اس سے لاتعلقی اختیار کر لی ہے، جو ایک شدید ذہنی تشدد ہے۔ وہ بے گناہ ہے، پھر بھی سلاخوں کے پیچھے ہے، اور ہم آج بھی اتنے ہی پریشان ہیں جتنے اس دن تھے جب وہ ہم سے چھینا گیا تھا۔ یہ ڈیٹینشن سیل اور اس کا استعمال اس حقیقت کو واضح کرتا ہے کہ جبری گمشدگی ایک غیر آئینی عمل ہے، اور اسے قانون کا لبادہ پہنا دینا انصاف نہیں بلکہ ظلم کو دوام دینا ہے۔ ہم اپنے بھائی کے رہائی تک اس جدوجہد جاری رکھیں گے ۔ #ReleaseSaifullahBaloch

At the 61st session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, I spoke on the grave human rights situation in Balochistan. The ongoing pattern of enforced disappearances was raised, where individuals are taken without due process and families remain without answers. Cases of extrajudicial killings and body dumping were highlighted as serious violations that continue in the absence of accountability. The shrinking civic space was also addressed. Journalists, students, lawyers, and human rights defenders continue to face harassment, arbitrary detention, and legal action under counterterrorism laws. The continued detention of activists, Several BYC Leaders including Dr. Mahrang Baloch, reflects the broader effort to silence peaceful voices seeking justice. A call was made for an independent and impartial assessment by the United Nations into the human rights situation in Balochistan. Meaningful steps toward accountability and protection of fundamental rights remain essential to address these ongoing violations. #ReleaseBYCLeaders #StopBalochGenocide

وہ مقدمہ جس کا فیصلہ ہمارے لوگ کریں گے اور تاریخ کرے گی۔ یہ مقدمہ ایک فرد اور خاندان کی اپیل نہیں بلکہ اجتماعی ضمیر کے سامنے رکھا گیا وہ سوال ہے جس کا جواب عدالتوں کے فیصلوں سے نہیں بلکہ وقت کی گواہی اور تاریخ کی تحریر سے متعین ہوگا۔ آج جن آوازوں کو ہدہ جیل کی دیواروں کے پیچھے خاموش کرنے کی کوشش کی جارہی ہے دراصل وہ ایک قوم کے احساس، درد اور حق وجود کی آوازیں ہیں۔ میری بہن ڈاکٹر ماہ رنگ بلوچ سمیت بیبو گلزادی شاہ جی اور بیبرگ کا جدوجہد اقتدار کے خلاف بغاوت نہیں بلکہ انصاف، شناخت اور بقا کے حق میں اٹھایا گیا ایک سیاسی و اخلاقی سوال ہے۔ یہ مقدمہ آج وہد جیل کی دیواروں میں محدود نظر آتا ہے مگر دراصل یہ انسان اور اختیار، خوف اور آزادی، خاموشی اور سچ کے درمیان جاری ایک گہرا مکالمہ ہے اس کا فیصلہ کسی ایک عدالت میں نہیں ہوگا بلکہ اس کا فیصلہ لوگوں کے شعور میں ہوگا، نسلوں کی یادداشت میں ہوگا اور وقت کے صفحات پر ہوگا۔ یہ مقدمہ آج ہدہ جیل کے اندر ریاستی عدالت میں زیر سماعت اور زیر بحث ضرور ہے مگر اس کا اصل فیصلہ ہمارے لوگ کریں گے اور تاریخ کرے گی۔ #ReleaseMahrangBaloch #ReleaseBYCLeaders

Those who engage in peaceful expression face unlawful detention without charge or due process. At the same time, individuals linked to criminal networks and corruption continue to operate with impunity and, in some cases, are integrated into positions of authority. Ghani Baloch’s disappearance demands immediate clarification. His family and the public have the right to know his whereabouts, legal status, and condition. Silence from authorities only deepens concern and violates fundamental human rights obligations. Where is Ghani Baloch? Nazar Marri, a 30 year old human rights defender and member of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee, was forcibly disappeared on 27 August 2025 at around 7:30 PM from Bilal Cafe, Golimar Chowk in Quetta. His enforced disappearance reflects a continued pattern of targeting activists who work peacefully to raise awareness and defend basic rights in Balochistan. His family remains without answers. There is no official acknowledgment of his detention, no access to legal process, and no information on his condition. This silence violates fundamental human rights and due process.
