BIG NEWS from the Bancroft PTO! After months of “building” excitement … we’re thrilled to introduce our brand new line of Bancroft Exclusive LEGO® Sets! Thank you to everyone who came out, grabbed a bite, and supported our school! It was amazing to see our community show up and chow down for a cause. A special shoutout to Mrs. Leavitt for jumping in and running the drive-thru like a pro for part of the night!! And of course, thank you to the Andover McDonald’s for hosting us and helping make this night possible. We loved seeing so many familiar faces (and happy meals 😄). Your support truly makes a difference for our students!

Get ready to lace up your sneakers! Join Team Bancroft and Friends for the 13th Annual Step Up for Colleen 5K (click here to join: tinyurl.com/4p3pk9p9). Last year we showed up strong with 93 team members making us the 4th largest team in the race! This year, we’re aiming even higher. Our goal is to break into the top three teams and earn a coveted tent spot on the common — but we need YOU to help make it happen! Whether you run, walk, cheer, or just enjoy being part of a great community event, we’d love to have you on the team. We’re a little behind the bookmark posting this … but we couldn’t let the story end without a THANK YOU! Last Friday, members of our community visited every Bancroft classroom for our Community Read Along in celebration of Read Across America Week. They helped spark imagination, turned pages, and reminded our students that every great story starts with someone willing to read it aloud.

Our Lost & Found items decided they were tired of waiting around … so they made their red carpet debut! Check out our glamorous PTO models strutting their stuff with some of the most fashionable jackets, sweatshirts, water bottles, and more that have been left behind at school. One of them might belong to your child! While you’re in the building for parent-teacher conferences this week, take a quick stroll by the Lost & Found and see if anything looks familiar.

Skip the cooking and join us at McDonald's on March 18 from 4–9 PM! When you grab dinner, dessert, or even just a snack, 20% of all sales will be donated to our PTO to support the 5th Grade Moving Up activities. What a night! 🥂 Thank you to all our amazing Bancroft parents who joined us for our annual Wine Night. It was wonderful to relax, laugh, and connect together. Huge cheers to Andover Wine Merchant for hosting us so beautifully, and to @LaRosasAndover for the delicious desserts to end the night. We're already looking forward to next year! 🍷
