The first account we mentioned has not been used in 14 years, and we no longer have the login details, as it was created before our company had a marketing department. Is there a way for us to reclaim this account? Having two accounts is damaging to our brand and could be misleading for our customers. Would it be possible to check which email address was originally used to create that account? If we can identify the email, we may be able to regain access or contact the person who set it up.
